I’ve wanted to do something with my backyard for a while and when I found Landscapes by Design of Palmetto my instructions were that I wanted a patio surrounded by an oasis. I worked with Yarumi and Jaciel and they definitely delivered. If you hire them you won’t be disappointed.

We hired Landscape By Design of Palmetto Jaciel and Yarumi. At first they seemed great came out and we had to pay $450 for the design cad which was then applied to the install fee. The design was nice and they installed on time. They sold us some very expensive exotic materials and they will not tell you want each plant costs b/c they are not charging tax. However, some of the exotic palms died very quickly and Jaciel and Yarumi would not stand by the 1 year plant warranty they said they would provide. They became very rude and aggressive with me and talked down to me like I was stupid. Basically, you have to do everything their way or they will not back their work or product. Additionally, they will try and sell you on their maintenance plan which they say extends your warranty. Lastly, Jaciel was extremely rude to my neighbor and told him when he was ready to have his new landscaping fixed he should call him. These people just are not nice and professional.

Jaciel and his wife Yarumi were a pleasure to work with. Outstanding results! They listened to what we wanted and then delivered even more. I highly recommend Jaciel and his company!

We are so pleased with Landscape By Design of Palmetto! Late on Friday afternoon Jaciel saw that we had recently installed a pool and stopped by to offer his business card, my husband walked our property with him and discussed what we wanted. (We had been trying for two months to get our HOA landscaper to landscape around our pool and it was nothing but delays!) Landscape By Design sent a proposal on Monday, we accepted it and they started the work on Wednesday!! In less than a week they did what the HOA people couldn't do in two months! And, they did more than just landscaping, they also fixed the issues we had with our irrigation and regraded the property so that it will drain properly.

Working with Landscape by Design of Palmetto has been an absolutely wonderful experience, from the design consultation to the completion of our new landscaping. We loved working with them so much that we hired them again to keep everything looking just as beautiful as the day they planted. We highly recommend them to everyone we talk to!
